For the new-age, versatile jetset: Topshop Unique AW17
A fashionable wanderluster
Alex Garland and Danny Boyle envisioned an intrepid, fearless traveller as they conceptualised Topshop Unique's latest Autumn/Winter 2017 collection. The girl on the moodboard loves culture-tripping as much as the random eclectic influences from the past (1990s, likely), and is pretty much a new-age fashionista who isn't afraid of colour or print clashing.
This urban wanderluster would be inclined to wearing statement outerwear for all occasions, from weathered denim to chic, fitted blazers. But she always remembers to inject her eclecticism in her getup, be it trippy floral and fauna prints or a shaggy orange coat with a floral dress, to her everyday essentials such as oversized sweaters and army trousers. But of course, she doesn't forget to switch it up for an occasion or two—with sensual bias cut dresses that are tugged off-shoulder and silk tops that are fluid in motion. Let us not forget about her choice of accessories—pointed booties in vivid hues along with tri-colour baguette bags and orbital threader earrings will hold her interest long enough before she flits away to the next destination on her checklist.
