Style ID: The luxury brands behind Seo Ye-Ji’s fashionable outfits on ‘It’s Okay To Not Be Okay’
Power dressing
Following the end of Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun’s Netflix hit The King: Eternal Monarch, we’re moving on to new K-dramas to obsess over follow, and the two most talked-about series at the moment go to It’s Okay To Not Be Okay starring Kim Soo Hyun and Seo Ye-Ji, and Backstreet Rookie starring Ji Chang Wook and Kim Yoo Jung. While the latter is, unfortunately, not streaming on Netflix, the former has been on the Top 10 list in Malaysia (among the Top 3, to be exact) ever since it premiered, and it’ll undoubtedly be the show to follow these few months.
Described as “an extraordinary road to emotional healing opens up for an antisocial children’s book writer and a selfless psych ward caretaker when they cross paths”, although IOTNBO is under the ‘romantic’ genre, its dark undertones—reminiscent of Tim Burton’s films—are ultra-captivating. Seo Ye-Ji’s character Ko Mun Yeong’s ensembles, in particular, are not to be missed. From gowns that radiate Morticia Adams vibes (in the best way) to mini dresses in the trickiest of prints, trust us when we say that she nails them all.
