First teaser for A Quiet Place Part 2

By quiet, they mean complete silence—unless you’re seeking total annihilation. The 30-second teaser shows Evelyn Abbott (played by Emily Blunt) and her children, Regan Abbott (Millicent Simmonds) and Marcus Abbott (Noah Jupe) walking slowly and cautiously in a forest. Slated to drop on 20 March 2020, the sequel to A Quiet Place will also see the addition of Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou; though they don’t appear in the video above. John Krasinki returned to direct and write A Quiet Place Part 2. Are you excited for the film?

Mariah Carey has another chart-topping hit on the Billboard Hot 100

All I Want For Christmas Is You is probably one of Mariah Carey’s most popular songs. It might even be one of the most well-known songs in the world! However, it took 25 years for the track to reach No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The winning number was first released in 1994 as part of Mariah’s festive album, Merry Christmas. All I Want For Christmas is You is the singer’s 19th No.1. The Beatles have 20 while Rihanna has 14. Well, Christmas definitely came early for Mimi. Happy holidays, everyone!

Is there a documentary on Rihanna in the works?

It’s not a new album but we’ll accept this too. It has been three years since Anti blessed us with all its glory so it’s completely understandable that fans are getting impatient. Amazon has bought rights to an upcoming Peter Berg-directed documentary about the Umbrella singer. The worldwide rights amount to $25 million (approximately RM103,459,000). From Peter Berg’s website, it is said that the programme “is an unfiltered look into Rihanna’s life, providing a glimpse into the evolution of one of the world’s most well-known pop artists. With unparalleled access into the singer’s life and over 1,200 hours of footage, the documentary takes us on a journey through private insights into Rihanna’s personality and humour, philosophies on work, family, and love that are both moving and inspirational”. Patience is a virtue and we will take anything, RiRi. Anything at all.

Lupita Nyong’o, Uzo Aduba, and Danai Gurira to collaborate on new television series

Three brilliant actresses in one series? Can’t wait for the juggernaut performances! 12 Years A Slave actress Lupita will team up with Orange Is The New Black‘s Uzo Aduba and The Walking Dead‘s Danai Gurira (showrunner) in Americanah. To be shown on HBO Max, the series is based on the novel by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. The limited series will debut in 2020 with 10 episodes with a pilot written by Danai Gurira.
