Coachella announces its official 2018 lineup—and it’s huge

So the rumours are true: Beyoncé, The Weeknd and Eminem have just been confirmed as headliners for the annual music festival after much (accurate) speculation. The inclusion of Beyoncé is hardly a surprise, after having to drop out of her headlining debut last year due to her pregnancy. She is also notably the first woman of colour to headline Coachella, and the first solo female artist to do so in 10 years—it is Queen Bey we are talking about here, after all.

In a considerably diverse lineup of 150 or so acts, other names that have us wishing we could be there include Jamiroquai, St. Vincent, HAIM, David Byrne, Tyler, the Creator, alt-J and Fleet Foxes. Check out the full lineup in the poster below:

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 5 January at 12pm P.T. (that is 2am on 6 January here) on Coachella.com.
