PFW SS16 Day 1: Smudged eye looks for daytime

To start off Paris Fashion Week S/S’16, eye makeup were kept minimal (save for Pascal Millet’s summer yellow hues at the outer corner of the eyes) with smudged smoky eyeshadow for a daytime look, while hairdos had more room to play with—both wispy flyaways and slicked back ‘dos were spotted.

Each X Other had uncharacteristically lined lower lash lines paired with extreme side-parted hair, and Lea Peckre’s beauty mood board had edgy cool written all over with faux lip rings and subtle smoky eyes that were blended out faintly.

While Pascal Millet’s yellow hues drew attention to the face (along with dark ombré tinted lips), purposefully disheveled hair that looked like static was all around the runway. And finally, Pellat Finet went with a solid, dark-coloured smoked out eye look that was daytime-in-spring-appropriate, while Anthony Vaccarello focused on a lightly-smudged eye look with strong brows and pink lips.
