The cream is developed based on La Prairie’s breakthrough research on a single most powerful illuminating molecule that has the ability to reduce dark spots and skin discolouration.
The magic is Lumidose—a key molecule identified to be the most effective in supporting the inhibition of melanin, which we know to be the pigment that causes dark spots. Melanin production is controlled primarily by one key enzyme for melanin synthesis—tyrosinase. Lumidose has the ability to counter the effects of tyrosinase and efficiently disrupt melanin formation.
