Elizabeth Olsen's new brunette shag leaves her unrecognisable, Kristen Bell's new bangs have made her clairvoyant and more beauty news from this week

It's been a busy week in the beauty game—from ethical conspiracies to huge hair makeovers, here's what you missed from the world of the celebs!

Kylie Jenner receives backlash over her ex-makeup artist's GoFundMe

In case you missed it, the almost-billionaire found herself in hot water earlier this week over a donation controversy. Sam Rauda, a makeup artist who worked with the beauty mogul a few years ago, has recently undergone surgery following an accident. As a result, his family set up a GoFundMe with a goal of USD10K to "help cover the cost of his medical expenses and what's to come."

Following the announcement of the fundraiser, however, allegations flooded in against Jenner, claiming that she must be underpaying her staff if his family was unable to pay for the bill. Further, critics asserted that Jenner should be footing the bill herself considering her net worth.

Since then, Jenner has offered her perspective via Instagram Stories as of March 22, stating "I feel it's important for me to clear up this false narrative that I've asked fans for money and am not paying for my makeup artist's medical bills. Sam isn't my makeup artist and unfortunately we don't have a personal relationship anymore but I have worked with him a few years ago and think he's the sweetest."

"I saw my current makeup artist and friend Ariel post about Sam's accident and his family's gofundme and I called Ariel immediately to see what happened to Sam. After learning in more detail about the accident it compelled me to visit his gofundme which was set to 10K. They had already raised 6K so I put it in 5K to reach their original goal and thought I'd post on my stories to gain more awareness if anyone also felt compelled to share or donate," she continues. "I don't know how all of this got so twisted but his family has reached out through Ariel and are very appreciative of all the donations, prayers, and love towards Sam."

She then added: "Anyone that knows me knows that I do things from the heart and I try to be helpful whenever I can be. Let's all stay positive and keep Sam, his family, and anyone you know who is going through a difficult time in our prayers. I hope you have a beautiful day and let's encourage each other to help."

Yet another sneak peek at Kristen Stewart in costume for the upcoming Spencer biopic is nigh

The Twilight alumni is once again unrecognisable in the latest preview shots from her upcoming film project. In fact, she's the full-on doppelgänger of the late Princess of Wales, Diana Spencer. Thanks to makeup and hair designer Wakana Yoshihara and costume designer Jacqueline Durran, every detail from Lady Di's iconic blonde haircut to a replica of her jaw-dropping sapphire ring (reportedly worth more than USD500K) is on-point.

What do you think? Are you excited for the film?

Elizabeth Olsen breaks away from her beachy blonde tresses with this brunette makeover

The WandaVision star attended the virtual launch of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier looking almost unrecognisable—the third Olsen sister has gone full '70s, sporting a deep brown shag haircut complete with curtain bangs.

Our favourite thing about this hair makeover is how easy it is to recreate and maintain! Seriously—if you're looking for a chic, low-maintenance cut, you should take this post right to your hairdresser.

Billie goes blonde (and is yet another celeb with a shag)

Say bye bye to the Grammy winner's signature lime green 'do, and hello to her newest era: Back to blonde. That's right: In case you didn't know, the 'Therefore I Am' singer is actually a natural blonde!

The banana-yellow hue is giving us major Dolly Parton vibes, while the trendy shag cut delivers on that classic Eilish edge. What do you think of the makeover?

Iris Law now has bleached brows

The Dior Beauty Ambassador switched up her go-to beauty beat this week with this blonde brow moment, joining the leagues of Alexa Chung, Hailey Bieber, and Kristen Stewart. We can't wait to see how this new look will translate into future Dior Beauty campaigns!

Megan Thee Stallion posts the latest update on her natural hair journey

"Yes I am still on my natural hair journey and yessss we have seen some growth", says Thee Stallion. In case you missed it, the 'Savage' singer has been on a real journey with her natural texture, working closely with her hairstylist Kellon Deryk to keep her new growth healthy and lush. Clearly, her efforts have been paying off if the bouncy, healthy curls in the video are anything to go by!

Kristen Bell's new bangs have aged her backwards

Have you ever gotten a new fringe, only to find that you look anywhere between 2-15 years younger than you actually are? Depending on you, it's either a plus or a sweet, sweet minus. However, believe it or not, it's actually a common phenomenon that many women are familiar with, and it looks like Kristen Bell has just discovered it (read: The fountain haircut of youth).

The Good Place star took to Instagram to share her brand new cut, along with some wisdom, captioning her up-close-and-personal selfie with: "Goodmorning beautiful soul. You are wonderful. Whether today is a breeze, or heavy and rough, I'm rooting for you. You're the only you we've got, and you are enough. It's ridiculous how enough you are."

Uh, thank you, Kristen Bell. We'll keep that in mind for... always?

Chrissy Teigen's new tattoos are devoid of meaning and that's the point

No, it's not morse code, and it's not a metaphor for minimalism—in Teigen's words "I just like dots". The tiny, simple tattoos are courtesy of celebrity tattoo artist Daniel Winter (also known as Winter Stone on Instagram), whose work you may recognise on the likes of stars such as Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Bella Hadid, and more.

The delicate dots are a super cute way to accent the fingers, and are a surprisingly good pairing for any manicure, such as the reverse French tip that Teigen is proudly rocking.
