1. I always brush twice a day with a Mason Pearson hairbrush.
2. Make sure you wash all your shampoo and conditioner out, no bubbles in the water at all!
3. Never style your hair with heat more than once a week.
4. I can make a blow-dry last half a week and then I use heat free techniques to get some movement in the rest of the week.
What’s your signature go-to hairstyle?
“I love a good blow-dry – I actually use a large barrel tong to achieve the look, it only takes me about 10 minutes now because I do it so often.”

“I just got back from Bali and I loved the black sand beach by the Alila Villas Soori.”
What goes into your beauty bag when you travel?
“Institut Esthederm suncream, Palmer’s body butter, bumble and bumble surf spray, nautral mosquito spray and a Tom Ford lipstick!”
How different is your hair ritual when you travel?
“I let it dry naturally as much as possible in the heat. I try and wear straight more too. A good braid is my go-to – I’d wear a side fishtail braid for an impromptu dinner to dress the look up a little.”
Your idea of ‘disconnecting’ is…
“Visiting my parents house.”
