As the first place in South America to host the Olympic Games, the spirit of Rio de Janeiro is captured by Omega in its Seamaster Diver 300m. The limited edition piece is a combination of watchmaking expertise and unique craftsmanship.

When one thinks of Rio, one instinctively recalls the city's famous beaches. Hence, this is why you'll find the wave pattern from the mosaic design on Copacabana's sidewalks as inspiration for the watch's lacquered black dial.

The uni-directional rotating diving bezel also sports the dark tone made from black polished ceramic. But what really sets this feature apart is the lacquered numbers in red, green, yellow and blue. These represent the exuberance of Rio as well as the five colours of the famous Olympic rings.

A 'Rio 2016' logo and an individual limited edition number are stamped on the reverse side of the polished and brushed stainless steel case. There are only 3016 of these pieces in the world.
