1. Food for Good Market 3.0 at Slate at The Row, 11am – 6pm, 26 – 27 Jan

Shop, eat and swap books. While you’re there, check out some of the charity organisations you can support. Don’t forget to bring your own bag and containers as this market also promotes zero waste.

2. Aloha Master Class at Aloha Cycle Club, 6.30pm – 7.30pm, 26 Jan

Spin studio Aloha Cycle Club is starting a new Master Class series where they’ll invite health and fitness experts to share their knowledge for your benefit. The first speaker is one of their very own instructors, Denisa Antosovska who holds a PhD in Sports Science and who will be touching on topics related to indoor cycling (the structure of the class, exercise physiology, heart rate monitoring and factors that influence performance).

3. #RollingKL skating workshop at Wheel Love, 11am – 1pm or 3pm – 5pm, 27 Jan

Remember the good ol’ days of roller skating? Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to refresh your skills, this workshop organised by Snackfood is the perfect chance to dive into it.

4. Cafe Malaysia 2018 at MECC, 10am – 5pm, 27 Jan

With 156 exhibitors from 22 countries, it’s Malaysia’s largest gathering of coffee and cafe experts to get to know the latest new products that the industry has to offer. There’ll also be national coffee championships, a Chocolate Pavilion (it’s no longer just coffee or tea), a Food Truck Show, and Cafe Clinic talks (find out what it takes to run a cafe).
