There can be nothing worse than flat champagne but a half bottle is just the trick to ensure your favourite bubbly is kept cold and well, bubbly. In celebration of the launch of Veuve Clicquot's Half Bottle, The Point KL hosted a cosy dinner for Buro 24/7 Malaysia and six Friends of Buro: newlyweds Tunku Harunnarasheed Putra and Che Puan Amelia, fitness, travel and lifestyle blogger Karen Kho and partner Wyman Ho, social media influencer Ju Wei Teoh and Joan Wong.

Guests were treated to a custom menu by The Point KL—known for their unique take on fusion dishes with a Malaysian twist. Champagne and conversation flowed freely in a snug corner of The Point, dimmed to hushed murmurs when dinner was served. A warm, heartening dish of cauliflower veloute with a delicately fried mushroom tempura accompaniment was a crowd favourite, as was the sweet ending of dark Valrhona chocolate ice cream topped with truffled honey.
