We believe many would agree with these popular Malaysians on the beauty of our country—wouldn't you?

As each year passes—and after Malaysia Day was introduced—many have come to clearly distinguish the difference between the significance of 31 August and 16 September. As we should, of course. It was on this day that the then Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak were established to be one country now known as Malaysia. It is on this day that we're reminded of who we are and how far we've come as a nation. We asked some of our Friends of Buro and famous Malaysians on what sets us apart from the rest of the world and what is their favourite thing about our country.
