Last season, four iconic supermodels from the late '80s to early '90s represented Giorgio Armani's 'New Normal' ad campaign. This season however, Mr. Armani has chosen four younger models based on their personality who are involved in social and charity projects—Liu Wen, Liya Kebede, Elisa Sednaoui and Amanda Murphy—to highlight its Autumn/Winter 2016-17 collection. Shot again by acclaimed photographer Peter Lindbergh in a desert-like landscape, the campaign sees these four stunning models decked in timeless pieces from the latest collection, including stripe shirts, cosy sweaters, chic leather/animal print coats and cropped trousers that imbue the brand's sophisticated aesthetic that's punctuated with masculine elements. The memo is in: Normal is the new norm. As far as timelessness goes, Giorgio Armani's reinterpretation of classic styles is made for today's dynamic woman who's looking to dress beyond the seasons and passing fads.
