In Beyoncé’s signature style of surprise releases of epic proportions, a breathtaking gallery of pictures soon followed the good news. Queen Bey channels her inner goddess in compositions akin to ‘The Birth of Venus’ by Botticelli and floats amidst swirling swaths of fabric in an ethereal underwater shoot. Featured alongside are also rare behind-the-scenes glimpses with personal snapshots of the Carters, in which Bey’s husband Jay Z and five year old daughter, Blue Ivy star.
