With the movie, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them coming out real soon (save the date: 17th Nov), Google has released a series of service-based tie-ins to get the magic rolling.

You can go back in time to see New York in the 1920s and tour locations featured in the movie with Google Street View. Among the notable places include the Magical Congress of the USA, The Blind Pig speakeasy and even the residences that some of the characters live in. Or try out the other features like sending coded messages with the Google Allo app, watch the movie trailers or search everything related to the Fantastic Beasts.

Turn your phone into a magic wand with Google’s ‘Fantastic Beasts’ app

But what's really cool is that you can turn your Android phones (sorry iPhone users! at least you've the new emojis to look forward to) into magic wands. With the 'Ok Google' voice commands, you can "cast spells" to turn the flashlight on and off. Just say the magic words – Lumos and Nox. Try 'Silenco' for the Silencing Charm to mute the ringer and notification on your phone/wand.

To see what else you can do with Google and the Fantastic Beasts, check out here.

We know what we'll be doing this 17th Nov. If the sneak preview is anything to go by, our imagination is already on fire.
