Challenging Green Day's song, Nescafé keeps us awake this September with its Coffee and Art Fringe Festival Asia (CAFFA). Since its launch in 2012, the festival continues to be the ideal destination for not only coffee junkies and aficionados of all ages, but also for those who seek to foster a greater understanding and appreciation for the art of coffee, serving as an invigorating platform for coffee education and drinking opportunities.
Held at Publika from 11th-13th September, the festival will host over 30 innovative specialty coffee industry exhibitors and more than 20 food vendors to compliment the copious amount of coffee, including artisanal bakers, soda and ice-cream and many more. With an exciting line-up of tastings, mixology competitions, live barista demonstrations and workshops, particularly its Latte Art Jam with World Barista Champion 2015—Sasa Sestic, CAFFA promises to leave visitors walking away with more than just the health benefits of caffeine.
On top of all its coffee-related activities, the festival provides its visitors with the opportunity to venture into its myriad of arts and culture events including its art exhibition featuring Justin Y, B-Boy dance competition, live band performances, doodle competition and Numinous live poetry.
