The award-winning singer confirmed as the final headliner for the major annual festival
Adele revealed at her O2 arena gig yesterday evening that she will headline Glastonbury Festival 2016, taking place from 22-26 June this year. Two of the three Pyramid Stage headliners had already been announced prior—Muse plays on Friday night and Coldplay closes the festival on Sunday—that leaves the soulful pop singer to the Saturday slot.
"I wanted to do it last year but my record wasn't ready. And to the people who say I'm too boring to headline, you're more f*cking boring for moaning about me headline," said Adele. You tell 'em, girl.
