Carolina Herrera’s new scent is for the girl who loves a killer heel

We wouldn’t blame you if you took a double take at Carolina Herrera’s new scent, especially when its sleek, revolutionary bottle actually resembles a killer heel. Made of smoky midnight blue glass and armed with an ultra-high, thin gilded heel, Good Girl’s design is ground-breaking in its architecture and design—after all, what other icon but a killer heel to represent a good girl who’s got an edge? The bottle’s internal pressure system took over four years and six hundred internal tests to develop, just so that the mechanical function can be compatible with the slender bottle.

Made for the woman who embraces her spontaneity and complexity with a touch of contradiction, Good Girl is one scent that is both refreshingly light and sensually dark at the same time. How does that work, you ask? All thanks to renowned perfumer Louise Turner, Good Girl’s sweeter side is concocted with jasmine’s bright and feminine notes, while fragrant cocoa and intoxicating tonka give it a vibrant, darker side. To round off the scent, tuberose leaves a delicately creamy trail on its wake—in the words of Turner, it’s the fragrance “wild card” that brings  “fluidity and femininity”.

The face of Carolina Herrera Good Girl is none other than supermodel Karlie Kloss, who delivers a bout of sensuality and intelligence in the campaign shot by renowned photographer Mario Testino. Watch her strut along the streets of New York in a sequined dress with the energy of a film superheroine as she mesmerises passersby with her mere presence:

Carolina Herrera Good Girl EDP is available in 30ml (RM240), 50ml (RM348), and 80ml (RM460) at counters in department stores and Carolina Herrera boutiques nationwide.
